Applicable Scope: This policy applies to the Raxle long image synthesis tool and all derivative functional services provided by the platform.

Preamble

This Privacy Policy is formally formulated in accordance with global mainstream data protection regulations and mobile application industry compliance standards. The purpose of this policy is to objectively and comprehensively explain how Raxle collects, processes, stores and protects user data during the image merging process, and clarify the binding rights and obligations between platform operators and end users.

Any user who launches the application, uploads images, uses long picture merging functions and accesses internal service resources shall be deemed to have voluntarily read, understood and accepted all terms of this policy. Users who disagree with any clause must terminate the use of this application immediately.

Chapter 01 – Service Definition & User Access Rules

1.1 Functional Definition

Raxle is a lightweight professional long picture synthesis tool focused solely on personal non-commercial image production. The core functions allow users to upload multiple local pictures, adjust image sequence and spacing according to personal preferences, splice various independent pictures into a complete vertical or horizontal long image, and export the synthesized finished product to user devices. The application only provides image merging and exporting services without social sharing, cloud storage, comment interaction and other additional extended functions.

1.2 Age Access Control

Considering the comprehensive risk control requirements of image editing tools, all functional modules of Raxle, including picture uploading, parameter adjustment, long image synthesis and finished product export, are only open to users aged 18 and above with complete legal capacity in their respective regions.

Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for use and accessing any internal functions of the application. The platform does not develop service functions for minors, and will never actively collect any personal information of underage users. Once the system detects unauthorized access by minors, the platform has the right to block the corresponding device access authority and clear cached image data without prior notice. Legal guardians may contact our official mailbox to complete data clearance if minors use the application without permission.

Chapter 02 – Data Type & Collection Mechanism

Raxle always adheres to the "least data required" operation principle, refuses excessive and unauthorized data collection behaviors, and never collects users' geographic location, address book, biometric features, account passwords, payment information and other high-sensitivity private data. The data generated and processed during user use is divided into the following two categories:

2.1 User Uploaded & Synthesized Images

Including multiple original pictures uploaded by users and integrated long images generated after platform splicing and synthesis. Such content is regarded as user private assets, and all data processing behaviors are limited to executing the image synthesis commands initiated by users. The platform has no independent right to view, copy or use user images without explicit user authorization.

2.2 Anonymous Technical Running Data

Non-identifiable technical data automatically generated during the running of the application, including function usage frequency, image synthesis error logs, application crash records and anonymized device basic information. This type of data cannot locate individual users, and is only used for internal technical troubleshooting, performance testing and function version iteration.

Chapter 03 – Rules for Data Utilization

All collected user data shall only serve the core image synthesis business of the platform, and shall not be arbitrarily expanded to irrelevant business scenarios or provided to third-party institutions for commercial marketing. The specific usage scenarios are as follows:

1. Support Core Image Synthesis Service: Realize image loading, sequence sorting, frame splicing and high-definition export to meet users' personalized long picture production needs;

2. Upgrade Overall Product Performance: Analyze anonymous running data to optimize image merging algorithms, reduce picture loading latency, fix program bugs, and upgrade the overall operating fluency of the tool;

3. Standardize Platform Service Content: Screen illegal and prohibited pictures uploaded by users to maintain a safe, compliant and healthy service environment;

4. Respond to User Service Requests: Receive and reply to users' technical consultations, functional optimization suggestions and service complaints through the official support mailbox.

Chapter 04 – Data Storage Mode & Security System

4.1 Storage Mode

All original pictures uploaded by users and synthesized long images are independently stored on the user's mobile terminal. This platform does not set up mandatory cloud storage and automatic backup functions. Users independently enjoy the ownership and management rights of all image resources, and can delete, replace and sort image files at any time according to their own needs.

4.2 Data Retention Cycle

User image resources will be retained on the user's local device until the user actively deletes the files or uninstalls the application. The anonymous technical running data stored in the encrypted cloud server will be automatically destroyed 30 days after the completion of data collection to avoid long-term accumulation of invalid data.

4.3 Security Protection System

The platform adopts terminal encrypted partition storage to isolate user image resources from third-party applications, effectively preventing illegal access and data theft. The cloud anonymous data adopts multi-layer encryption technology and hierarchical access mechanism, and all data access behaviors are fully recorded to realize traceable management.

Chapter 05 – Third-Party Data Sharing Specifications

The platform firmly implements a user privacy protection strategy, and clearly stipulates that user private image data shall not be used for commercial transactions. Under normal daily operating conditions, Raxle will never sell, rent or share users' original pictures and synthesized long images to any third-party merchants, social organizations and unrelated individuals.

Data disclosure can only be carried out under the following legally permitted special conditions:

 The user actively issues clear authorization to permit the platform to share specified image content;

 The platform receives enforceable legal documents issued by formal judicial organs and administrative supervision departments;

 It is necessary to disclose partial anonymous running data to eliminate network security risks and ensure the stable operation of the application.

Chapter 06 – User Rights, Interests and Obligations

6.1 Legal Rights of Users

Eligible users over 18 years old have the right to view, download and delete local stored original pictures and synthesized long images; have the right to opt out of anonymous data collection by adjusting device permissions; have the right to consult the platform's complete data processing rules by sending emails to the official mailbox.

6.2 User Compliance Obligations

Users must guarantee that all uploaded pictures have legal ownership and legitimate usage qualifications. It is prohibited to upload pictures involving pornography, violence, infringement, illegal rumors and other prohibited content. All legal risks, liability disputes and economic losses caused by users' illegal uploading behaviors shall be borne solely by the users themselves.

Chapter 07 – Policy Update & Feedback Mechanism

The Raxle operation team reserves the right to revise and update the clauses of this privacy policy according to product function iteration, market standard changes and relevant national legal updates. The updated policy content will be released inside the application with the latest modification date marked. Users' continued use of the long picture synthesis service after the policy update will be regarded as unconditional recognition of the revised clauses.
